If you have a photo or copy of your expired passport and birth certificate, and the expired passport was issued when you were 18 years or older, we may still be able to process it as an adult passport renewal. Island Docs can assist with renewing or replacing a previously issued Jamaican driver's licence, but we are unable to assist with obtaining a first-time Jamaican driver's licence while you are overseas.

If you don't have another valid government-issued ID, a Declaration of Identity Form may be required. The form can be completed by a parent whose name appears on your birth certificate. If both parents are deceased or unable to complete it, a sibling may complete the Declaration of Identity. The form must be notarized, along with a copy of the declarant's valid government-issued ID.
